The annual global semiconductor conference SEMICON Taiwan 2025 officially debuted today. Zheng Zhengxing, chairman of Jingruiguang, said that the "Three-light Module" products can be combined with optical distance lenses, colorful night lenses, as well as red external thermal imaging to laser modules, locking application markets such as unmanned machines, smart monitoring and collaborative robots. Among them, unmanned machines will sign supply contracts with national unmanned machines as early as the end of the year.
Jingruiguang participated in SEMICON Taiwan for the first time this year, showing the latest generation of filter films and sensing module technologies such as NBG and NBPF Filter, including research and development capabilities in optical filters, 3D sensing and vehicle LiDAR, as well as the determination to layout high-growth markets such as AIoT, self-driving cars and smart medicine.
Zhen Zhengxing said that Jingruiguang has been deeply engaged in semiconductor crystal circle foundry, diode and LED epitaxial cutting foundry services, and has continued to deepen Edge AI technology, integrating semiconductor yellow light processes and optical bulb films into multi-frequency spectroscopic bulb film technology, and developed high-sum imaging photosensitive chips for application to diversified industries such as smart logistics, biotechnology and medical care, and agricultural unmanned machines.
Jong Zhengxing pointed out that Jingruiguang is a non-human industrial supply chain, focusing on the light sensing chip, including a color night image module and a red external thermal imaging module. Color night vision allows the non-human function to still capture pictures close to the color of the day at extremely low light sources. With a thermal imaging chip, it can capture temperature differences in real time. Since the thermal imaging chip does not rely on visible light, it is better for relatively traditional photographers to be low-light.
Jong Zhengxing shared that Jingruiguang's "Three Light Module" locks in application markets such as unmanned machines, smart monitoring and collaborative robots. Among them, unmanned machines will sign a contract with domestic unmanned machines in the fourth quarter of this year, and it is expected to be eager to win business results next year, while smart monitoring is currently being negotiated by supermarkets and large refrigeration warehouse manufacturers.
Looking forward to operation, Zheng Zhengxing pointed out that this year's orders come from existing optical components, with annual revenue growth of more than 50%. With the addition of unmanned orders next year, it is expected to turn around for profit throughout the year, and is actively promoting the introduction of 12-inch flat-plane bulk-type bulk-film equipment, strengthening the 8-inch and 12-inch silicon photonic bulk-film and micro-film process capabilities, and further improving process efficiency and downstream integration value.
