Taiwan Power Human Resources is headed by Chen Peihong, and He Limei s transformation of corporate strategy development

The head of the human resources organization of Taiwan Power has been exponential. Taiwan Power recently announced that He Limei, deputy general manager of Shenzhen, has been transferred to the enterprise strategy development organization and continues to lead the enterprise forever. The human resources organization is headed by Deputy General Manager Chen Peihong.

Chen Peihong joined Taiwan Electric in 1990 and has more than 34 years of management experience. He has extensive professional knowledge in operation, R&D, enterprise planning organizations, and customer project offices.

Chen Peihong has the ability to lead the technical development and manufacturing, and has led the team to achieve key milestones continuously. From 2010 to 2018, he served as the leader of the 12B factory in the Gynecology Group and led the team to successfully produce 40 nanometers, 28 nanometers, 20 nanometers and 16 nanometers of TECHNOLOGY technologies.

Chen Peihong served as the 14A factory of the wafer 14A from 2018 to 2020, using a process span of 0.13 microns to 40 nanometers to produce a variety of special process products, and has built records of 300,000 wafers per month in the single-plane single factory.

Chen Peihong has been appointed as the senior director of the Customer Project Office since December 2020, and has gained the trust of customers. He then joined the Human Resources Organization as the senior director and was promoted to Deputy General Manager in February this year.

Chen Peihong graduated from the Department of Chemistry at Sun Yat-sen University and obtained a bachelor's degree in Chemistry at Sun Yat-sen University. In 2010, he won the National Debut Manager Award. Chen Peihong owns 25 patents worldwide, including 14 US patents.
