Liwang memory completes TEK N3P process verification, attacking AI and HPC

Silicon Intelligence Finance (IP) factory Liwang today announced that one-time programmable memory (OTP) NeoFuse has completed reliability verification on the NTI3N3P process of the NTI 3N platform, and is suitable for artificial intelligence (AI) and high-performance computing (HPC).

Liwang News pointed out that the NeoFuse OTP solution, which has verified the reliability of tyrene N3P process, supports operating voltage ranges from 0.55V to 0.96V, and supports high-capacity data storage, providing sufficient space to realize reliability mechanism, meeting the needs of AI system single chips, HPC and vehicle.

In addition, Liwang also provides a secure enhanced version of NeoFuse OTP that integrates NeoPUF technology to improve product security and application flexibility, can connect to a fully functional controller without a kernel design verification, supports double reliability design with error correction code and voting mechanism, effectively enhancing the reliability and data integrity of the memory system.

Liwang said that the NeoFuse OTP solution can be widely used in various devices such as microcontrollers (MCUs), network communication chips, live programmable gate arrays (FPGAs), solid-state hard drive controllers (SSDs), AI and HPC, covering the application of the terminal to a high-level computing platform. At present, it has been adopted by many customers and has completed the design and introduction of N3P process. It has recently entered the chip trial stage.
