I don’t know if you have observed that stray cats on the street are roughly divided into two categories. The first category of stray cats is always wary of humans and never approaches humans easily. This will cause them to lose many opportunities to obtain food, but it will also avoid being harmed by humans to a certain extent.
The second type of stray cats are extremely friendly to humans, and everyone can pet them. The little ones act cute and act cute in exchange for food with humans. If they are lucky enough, they may be able to escape from straying.
Unfortunately, there are not only good people in this world. Even though these two types of stray cats have never provoked humans, they are always targeted by people with ill intentions. I still remember that when I first met that cat, I was amused by its ugly appearance. The left and right sides of the cat’s face were clearly black and white, and he also had two mustaches. He was so cute and cute!
Although this cat is not very good-looking, it has a very gentle personality. When it first met the little brother, it not only did not run away, but actively ran to him and rubbed its head against his shoes. Every time he meets a cat, the little brother will feed it some food. Over time, the relationship between one person and the cat becomes more and more intimate. No matter when and where, as long as he hears the call of the little brother, the cat will run over without hesitation, regardless of whether it is sleeping or enjoying delicious food at that time.
It seems that my little brother’s voice has a magical power. As long as he hears that voice, the cats will rush over without hesitation.
The furry child has a docile personality. Occasionally, he will be naughty. He will hug his little brother's hand and chew on it, but he will put away his sharp nails every time. He has never been injured by this.
Gradually, this cat seems to have become an indispensable presence in my life. Every day when I go to get off work, I go to see this little guy. He seems to have become accustomed to being accompanied by cats.
Unfortunately, due to some personal reasons, I cannot take it home. At the same time, I am also working hard to find an owner for the cat, hoping to give the little guy a warm home before this winter comes.
Unfortunately, the plan failed to keep up with the change. I don’t know what happened, but the cat suddenly disappeared. I searched all the places where the cat might go, but still couldn’t find its shadow.
Maybe besides myself, there are other well-meaning people who are also paying attention to it! It's so cute and so close, maybe it was adopted by someone! The little brother could only comfort himself with these words over and over again.
When I saw that little body curled up at the bottom of the dark and damp abandoned well, my brother's heart almost broke. When he called the little guy as usual, the cat didn't run towards him like before, but just meowed in response. The cry was weak and helpless.
Through the light of the flashlight, I could vaguely see that the cat's front paw seemed to be injured, and it was a large black area. However, the reality was crueler than imagined. With the help of his friends, the little brother spent a lot of effort to rescue the cat.
When they saw the little guy's front paws, everyone present was stunned. Half of the cat's front paws were gone, and there was no fur to cover them. A large piece of bright red and black flesh was exposed, and it hurt just to look at it.
The cat didn't say a word, lying motionless in the cardboard box, but his body was shaking uncontrollably, and his eyes were full of fear and helplessness. My brother sent him to the pet hospital overnight.
Because a large part of the paw was missing, the wound was severely infected and inflamed. The two front paws of the furry child could not be saved. The doctor performed an amputation operation on the furry child. The operation was very successful, but the little guy could no longer use his front paws to hug his little brother and play with him.
When the wound on the paw slowly healed, the cat also returned to its lively nature and acted coquettishly with the nurse who took care of it. Although it lost its two front paws, it hardly affected the cat's mobility, except that it could no longer use its paws to play games and clean its face like other kittens.
Compared with most stray cats, this cat has a really docile temper. I don’t understand why this cat would be hurt by humans. It has never been sorry to anyone! Why do people always treat such lovely creatures so cruelly?
What is sad is that even if they are arbitrarily hurt by humans, they are still willing to trust humans again. This is probably the difference between animals and humans!
