1. Raw materials required for oily leather maintenance: seven-color ultra-fine cheese-free pigment, leather oily agent, leather softener, leather feel agent, leather back cover, mist spray gun (0.7 caliber), filter mesh, air pump.
2. Oil-gloss leather maintenance process: leather cleaning, leather back cover, color replenishment and grease, lighting and fixing.
1. Leather cleaning: Oil-skin cleaning should be carried out in a dry cleaning machine or a water washing machine to avoid damaging the leather surface coating.
2. Leather back cover: To determine whether the oily skin is a water-absorbing skin, you can drop water into the surface of the leather. If the color of the leather surface becomes darker quickly, this skin is a water-absorbing skin, and special treatment should be used with the leather back cover. Use a spray gun to spray the diluted leather base cover evenly on the leather surface, and then use a 1200-1000W hair dryer to heat and dry it in sequence. You can also put the leather jacket into the dryer and bake it at a temperature of 50 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
3. Oily leather and apply color to add fat: determine the true color of the leather and match it with the same color. A leather jacket requires 30-40 ml, then dilute it with appropriate amount of water, add the leather softener in an appropriate amount, and cover it with two halves to a bottle cap, and not exceed one bottle cap. Use a mist spray gun to evenly repair the color and wait for drying.
4. Oily leather illumination and color fixation: Leather oily agent can be diluted with water or solvent. The dilution ratio depends on the brightness of the leather. If it is necessary to be particularly bright, it can be diluted and thicker, otherwise. The film is soft with water, and the film is relatively hard with solvent. After dilution, the oily agent can be operated with a mist spray gun. It can also be used with a leather feeler ultrafine pigment.
The formula is introduced as follows:
1. Top layer of leather gloss (water): 1 part of oily agent, 0.02-0.05 parts of hand feel agent, 1-3 parts of water.
Note: Dilute with water: First pour 10% of the water into the oily agent and stir clockwise slowly. After thorough emulsification, add the remaining amount of water to it, and then stir clockwise slowly for 3-5 minutes before using.
2. Gloss the top layer of leather (using solvent): one part of butyl acetate and 1-3 parts of ethyl acetate solvent.
3. Leather supplementary color polishing: 1 part of oily agent, 0.02-0.05 parts of hand feel agent, 0.5-1 part of water 1-3 parts of color.
Note: The above recipe is for reference only.
The leather must be dry before it can be sprayed with leather oil agent; if the surface of the oily skin after maintenance has bleed, you can use an iron low-temperature pad to iron it.
