Often the maintenance of our home appliances is “ surface work is ” and it is rarely done to clean the interior deeply. However, if small household appliances such as microwave ovens, soy milk makers, humidifiers, etc., do not clean the interior thoroughly, and it will not only affect the beauty, but also health. The following will be introduced to you one by one:

 1. Electric iron maintenance

When ironing clothes, due to improper temperature control and other reasons, a layer of coke will be stained with the bottom plate. It must be cleaned in time, otherwise the accumulation will increase and affect the ironing effect. After the electric iron is powered on and preheated to 100℃, the power is cut off, and a small amount of soda or detergent powder is applied to the bottom plate to wipe it back and forth with a clean cotton cloth. The dirt can be removed.

After heating the iron, wipe the stains on the surface of the iron with a wrung-out wet cloth. If you find that the water in the steam-sprayed electric iron water tank is turbid, you can inject white vinegar and half of the water into the water tank, heat it for a few minutes, turn off the power, shake it to clean it, and then use clean water several times after pouring out the vinegar liquid. If you find that there is white powder in the exhaust hole, use a needle to clear it. After cleaning, be sure to pour out all the remaining water in the water tank. If you find that the pour is not clean, you can start the electric iron and use up the excess water.

 2. Juicer maintenance

Many families use juicers or soy milk machines, and some families still use them every day, but it is not convenient to clean both machines and it is difficult to thoroughly. After squeezing juice or making soy milk, immediately use a cleaning cloth or a scrapped toothbrush and dip it in water to clean the machine's knife head, filter, etc., and do not let the debris such as fruit pomace, bean residue and other debris condense, otherwise it will cause trouble for the subsequent cleaning.

Add 1/3 of the warm water and dishwashing liquid to the mixing container, plug in the power and stir for 30 seconds, and then rinse with clean water. If the knife head is used to grind meat, break the remaining steamed buns into steamed bun residue and put them in the mixer for stirring, which can effectively absorb residues such as minced meat. If used frequently, the plastic cups of the juicer and soy milk maker will turn yellow over time. When encountering this problem, you can use a small piece of dough to dip in a little detergent and rub it repeatedly to clean it. The cleaning of the juicer or soy milk maker shell is relatively simple. Just wipe it with a rag. Remember not to rinse it with water, or scrape it with hard objects. The base of the juicer or the head of the soy milk machine cannot be immersed in water to prevent the insulation of the motor from being damaged.

  3. Water dispenser maintenance

After using the water dispenser for a long time, scale will be produced in the body and may breed bacteria. The impact of drinking such water on the body is self-evident. Unplug the plug, remove the bucket, open the sewage pipe port behind the water dispenser (usually a white plastic knob), drain the residual water, and then turn on the hot and cold water switch to release the water.

Remove “ (that is the part in the water dispenser that comes into contact with the mineral water bucket), carefully scrub the inner and outer sides of the water dispenser liner and lid with alcohol cotton, prepare for the next step of disinfection, mix the disinfectant according to the instructions of the decontamination effervescent tablets or disinfectant and introduce it into the water dispenser, so that the disinfectant fills the entire cavity, and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes. However, it is recommended to pour a little white vinegar or freshly squeezed lemon juice from the water inlet, then fill it with water, and leave it for two hours, so that there is no need to worry about the damage to the human body due to the residue of the detergent.

Open all switches of the water dispenser, including the sewage pipe and water dispenser switch, drain the disinfectant or vinegar water, and continuously flush the entire cavity of the water dispenser with clean water. It is recommended to move the water dispenser to the bathroom to flush it to ensure sufficient water.

Open all switches to drain the rinse liquid, dip cotton balls into alcohol to clean the water dispenser, and use white vinegar diluent to scrub it.

  IV. Humidifier maintenance

The humidifier can bring us moist and healthy living air, especially suitable for the north where winter heating is provided. However, if the humidifier is lacking in cleaning and maintenance, the mold and other microorganisms in the humidifier spread into the air with the vapor mist and then enter the human respiratory tract, causing various diseases, which is not worth the effort.

Screw the power switch on the host to the “ turn off the plug; before extracting the water tank, pour out the water storage inside the host, otherwise the water will easily flow into the body and damage the parts. After the humidifier is used for a period of time, the calcium and magnesium ions in the water will gradually precipitate out to form scale.

Dissolve 5 ml of special descaling agent for humidifier with fruit acid as the main raw material (about 1 bottle cap) in 300 ml of water, pour it into the main water storage tank, and let it stand for 15 minutes to fully dissolve the scale.

Another organic and easy method is to use white vinegar, which is effective and healthy. Use a soft brush to clean the surroundings of the water tank first, but be careful not to hit the oscillator. Otherwise, it will damage the scale. It is strictly forbidden to use hard objects to wipe the energy reel, as this may not cause fog when used next time; use a soft brush to clean the water level sensor, be sure to clean the scale, otherwise it will cause blockage. Pour out the descaling agent dissolving solution in the sink and wash the sink with clean water. Never splash water into the air outlet.

 5. Microwave oven maintenance

The microwave oven is the most likely place to hide dirt. At high temperatures, the oil droplets splashed or the splashed food residues are always stuck to the furnace chamber, which not only affects subsequent food hygiene, but may also cause sparks or smoke, increasing electromagnetic radiation, so it must be cleaned regularly.

Don't remove the power plug, dip the soft cloth into warm water with neutral detergent, wipe the internal surface of the microwave oven, the front and back of the furnace door, and the opening of the furnace door. Do not use a metal brush to clean it to avoid scratches.

If there is too much dirt accumulation, you can use a special container for microwave oven to pack lemonade and heat it for a few minutes. First, let the evaporated water moisten the furnace, then wipe the stains with coarse toilet paper, and then use a double-effect cleaning cloth to dip the detergent to thoroughly wipe the oil.. It is important to be careful that you must use a sponge rag dipped in clean water several times later, and do not let the detergent remain in the stove. Otherwise, when the food is heated in the future, the remaining detergent will become a vapor mist and adhere to the food. Finally, wipe it with a dry sponge rag. To prevent damage to the furnace components, do not allow water to penetrate into the vents.

Removing the cooled turntable and turntable bracket, wash it with warm soapy water, and then wash it with clean water and wipe it dry. After cleaning the turntable and the shaft collar, remember to reset it as is to avoid noise.

Cleaning the door seal of the microwave oven, just use a slightly damp soft cloth; if there is sand and dust embedded in the rubber door seal, you can use a dry children's soft toothbrush to brush it, put the orange peel or lemon peel into the cleaned microwave oven, and heat it for 15 to 30 seconds to remove the odor in the microwave.

  6. Induction cooker maintenance

After using the induction cooker for a period of time, stains and stains are easily fallen on the panel. If it is not wiped clean in time and becomes stubborn oil stains, it will take time to waste it.

Removing the plug and waiting for the furnace surface to completely cool, wipe the exhaust fan and ventilation port in the induction cooker to ensure that the ventilation in the induction cooker is unobstructed and prevent the induction cooker from overheating. This part can be wiped with a soft dry cloth dipped in alcohol, but you must wait until the alcohol is evaporated before using the induction cooker.

If there is a lot of dust in the vent, you can use a soft toothbrush or cotton swab to clean it. Do not rinse it with water. Wipe the induction cooker panel, wipe it with detergent powder or neutral detergent, and then wipe it with a wet rag.

If the dirt is heavy, you can wipe it with toothpaste and then wipe it with a soft wet rag. Note that the furnace surface that has just been used should not be wiped with cold water immediately to avoid the heat and heat stimulation and the panel will crack.

 7. Coffee machine maintenance

Coffee is rich in minerals, and the accumulated minerals will block the coffee outlet. If you like to use mineral water to make coffee, or use it frequently, it is best to clean it two to three times a month.

Make sure the coffee machine has turned off the power and the body is not hot. You can use a wet cloth, sponge or soft and thin cleaning cloth to wipe the outside of the body. Do not use a sandy cleaning cloth or steel wiping ball, as this will scratch the coffee machine shell and you cannot directly immerse the pot body in water.

The filter, filter, glass bottle and bottle cap should be taken out separately, and cleaned with warm water and detergent. If necessary, use a soft-bristled toothbrush to clean the inside of the coffee machine. Add 5 tablespoons of white vinegar to 5 cups of water, pour it into the coffee machine, and then operate it as usual to make coffee. Let the clean water mixed with vinegar drip into the glass bottle through the filter. Repeat this procedure twice, and finally cook with 5 cups of water to clean it up.
