Common sense: Change seasonal clothes and then wear them for 3 hours

As the weather became warmer, everyone took out the "bottomed" half-sleeved and shorts to prepare for the arrival of summer. Many people believe that last year's clothes were cleanly packed and can be worn directly after taking them out this year, but this is not the case.

These clothes are stored in a wardrobe or box for the whole winter, and will breed mites due to insufficient air circulation and may also contain some bacteria or allergens. It will be even worse if there is still untreated dander, sebum, or contact with camphor balls. If you wear it without treatment during the season, it can easily lead to skin problems, especially for people with allergies, and even allergic skin diseases such as urticaria.

Therefore, find a good time to get out the seasonal clothes, quilts, etc., and let them bask in the sun. Sunlight is a natural "sterilizer", and the ultraviolet rays in it can kill mites, molds and other harmful substances. In addition, sunlight can dehumidify clothes and also have a sterilization effect. It is recommended that you "differate from clothes" when drying. Ordinary cotton clothes can be dried directly in the sun. It is best to choose between noon, especially from 12 noon to 3 pm, when ultraviolet rays are the strongest; the drying time does not need to be too long, 1 to 2 hours. Clothes made of silk, wool fibers and mixed fiber fabrics should not be exposed to direct sunlight for a long time, otherwise high-temperature exposure will accelerate their oxidation and yellowing. It can be hung directly on the clothes hanger and choose a place with less light and ventilated air conditioner to dry. The drying time doesn't take too long, 3 hours is enough.
