Chelsea announced a series of personnel changes, appointing Todd Kline as business president and Phil Lynch as chief digital officer, and they will join the business leadership team of Chelsea Football Club. James Murray, former chief strategy officer and business operations director of the club, will serve as the new chief operating officer, responsible for the wider affairs of the club's daily operations.

Crane will lead the club's business team, while Lynch will continue to be responsible for the club's marketing, content and product departments and lead our digital transformation efforts. All three will report to Chelsea Football Club Chairman Jason Gannon.

Caspa Stileswig has left the club for other opportunities. As Chief Revenue Officer, Casper played a key role in promoting club business development, strengthening global partnerships and supporting Chelsea's continued growth.
