According to well-known transfer reporter Romano, Manchester City has completed the deal to sign Xie Zhou Wednesday striker Kelan Cadamatri.
Romano said that several clubs had intended to introduce the U16 England striker, but Cadamatry eventually chose to join Manchester City's long-term planning project.
