According to the official website of the FA, West Ham player Lucas Paqueta was previously charged for misconduct, and the Independent Regulatory Commission has released the written reasons for his ruling. The FA will not appeal the regulatory committee's unconfirmed violation of the FA E5 rules.

For conduct that has been proven to violate the FA F3 rules, the Regulatory Commission will decide on appropriate penalties and will announce the details as soon as possible.

The FA is committed to maintaining the fairness of football matches and will always conduct a comprehensive and thorough investigation of allegations of serious violations.
