In the first round of the Premier League, Chelsea drew 0-0 with Crystal Palace and missed a good start. After the game, Chelsea's new player, 18-year-old Estewan, was interviewed by Sky Sports on the sidelines.
Reporter: This is your first Chelsea show, you perform well, and you look very comfortable. What is the most important thing for you? Let you show such confidence?
Estewan: Thanks to my coaching staff, teammates and my family for giving me all the care in life, allowing me to be myself and give me confidence. So I used this to get used to it faster and faster and I was very happy with everything I went through.
Reporter: We noticed that you and Palmer had a friendly chat several times. What aspects do you think you complement each other in the game?
Estewan: A good question. I think it's because of his way of playing football. I think he is like my brother. I am responsible for the wing attack. He can connect the attacks on both sides well, so it will be easier for us to cooperate. It's thanks to his way of playing football, and I'm very happy.
Reporter: How did you feel after you came to Chelsea? Everyone has high expectations for you, and you are still very young.
Estewan: I am very calm. Yes, like I said, this is Chelsea and everyone makes me feel comfortable getting used to it. Because the culture and competition methods are completely different from Brazil, I will not rush it. I will try to adapt and let things develop naturally. I'm having fun here and enjoying every minute.
Reporter: We see that you have a lot of dribbles. This is what fans expect from you. What do you think?
Estewan: Yes, this is one of my characteristics. Of course, I'm trying to adapt because these games are completely different from those in Brazil, but I'll adapt as much as I can and do my best in training so that I can have the opportunity to bring joy to the fans during the game. Because the fans like me so much, everything they did for me was incredible.
