What are the symptoms of encephalitis in dogs?

Dog encephalitis will cause limbs to twitch and water-slide, constantly moaning and shaking their heads, smaller or larger pupils, crooked eyes, fierce faces, roaring and even hitting trees. Some dogs with encephalitis also have a condition where they are slow to think externally, collapse and weak all over their bodies, and their muscles are cramped and they always want to sleep.

Dog encephalitis will continue to suffer from poor breathing, cramps or numbness of the head and neck muscles, horn arches will be stretched backwards, and exercise rhythmic fitness exercises when falling down. Patients with facial nerves cause lip tilt and half of the body to show symptoms such as hemiplegia when half of the body is numb. If encephalitis is in the deepest part of the dog's brain, it is likely to cause symptoms such as lack of balance in dogs, cerebellar ataxia, circles and exercise, and skewed eyes. There are also some special species, such as Maltese, Yorkshire, and pugs. Refractory encephalitis is hereditary, which is manifested as subacute symptoms such as tics, weakness, cerebellar ataxia, head tilt and photosensitive blindness.

If you find that the symptoms of the dog are above, you must be sent to the hospital for treatment immediately. Encephalitis is extremely threatening to the dog's physical and mental health. If it is not treated immediately, it is very likely that life threatening will occur.
